Very low budget, mostly parodies and shocking one take shots and acting. Always good for a nonsensical laugh. This, however, is an original entertaining sci fi. I for one have no recollection of anything similar. Sure it has its irrational bits, but mostly it is original and rather well done. I have no choice but to give it a 6/10. The aliens (Ancient Monster with many tentacles) are underwater instead of the sky and their goal is to invade, and then destroy Earth. The storyline was very weak, Supporting cast acting was decent. Linda Hamilton(Terminator 1, 2, 3) is a seasoned thespian great as always. Tell me why in the beginning our star Linda is all natural with no make-up, suddenly as the movie comes to a climatic end she appears with a total make-up makeover🤯🤯. Just like Independence Day the Bermuda Triangle has two heroes that infiltrate the ship and destroy our enemy from within.
